It’s that time of year again and you are invited to participate as an exhibitor at the Annual Convention of the Idaho Health Information Management Association (IdHIMA) April 4th and April 5th, 2019. The meeting will be held at the Red Lion Hotel Boise Downtowner in Boise, Idaho. Please join us as we celebrate our 54th year. IdHIMA is proud to partner this year with our Idaho HIMSS chapter. We look forward to this event providing education, networking opportunities and information about emerging health information trends and technology for our members and HIMSS members.
Based on previous convention attendance, we anticipate an attendance of about 150-175 people representing all areas of healthcare including acute and long term care, physician offices, management, and students. By participating as an exhibitor, your company/organization has an opportunity to display or demonstrate your products/services and enter into conversation with potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity to network with the health information leaders from across the state of Idaho.

REGISTRATION AND NAME TAGS: Exhibitors are to register on Thursday morning at the registration desk and receive a name tag badge.
ATTENDEE LIST: Updated lists will be provided as they become available.
SET UP DATES/TIMES: Exhibitors may send equipment and materials by Wednesday, April 3 to the hotel. Exhibitors need to label all items with the name of the meeting, “IdHIMA-IDAHO HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION MEETING” and “DATES OF THE MEETING APRIL 4 AND 5, 2018. You may set up on Wednesday, April 3 after 5:30 PM.
INTERNET/ELECTRICAL SETUP AND FEES: Contact the hotel directly for determination of fees for these utilities.

TIMES ATTENDEES WILL VISIT: Exhibitors are encouraged to be available prior to sessions, during break times, and after sessions each day. Attendees will be encouraged to visit your booths during these times.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).
If you are paying by check, select “mail a check” under payment options. You will later see instructions to print the confirmation page and mail your payment to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the invoice. Make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex and include the confirmation/order number with the check. Checks that do not reference the confirmation number will be returned to you and will not be applied to the registration.
